Director of Pharmacy-FQHC

FQHC facility in Oakland, CA, is in search of a permanent Director of Pharmacy. A PharmD with 5+ years as a practicing pharmacist and 1+ years in a supervisory role is preferred in the hospital or clinic setting. Well informed about Medi-Cal with the Medicaid program, and other third-party payors.

Under the general direction of the Chief Clinical Officer, the Director of Pharmacy Services plans, establishes, directs, provides, assesses, focuses on cost control and effectiveness and quality control and improvement, and evaluates Pharmacy services.
