Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership roleBackground with structured systems and accountabilityExperience in casual, upscale-casual, or fine dining; scratch kitchen experience preferredProven ability to drive BOH systems, consistency, and accountabilityStrong detail orientation and standards enforcementMust Haves (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Lead and motivate the BOH team through clear expectations and accountabilityRoll up sleeves to work alongside the team not just oversee operationsEnsure execution of scratch kitchen standards with consistency and precisionDrive collaboration with FOH leadership to align service and kitchen performanceMonitor BOH systems, enforce health / safety compliance, and optimize workflowsUphold kind over nice leadership style firm, structured, and culture-drivenPreferred Background & Skills
