ALF / SNF Family Medicine Physician – Akron, Ohio

– Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Assisted Living, (ALF), and / or LTAC

– RVU based compensation; make well into the $300’s depending on number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)

– Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year

– Typically cover one facility per day

– AI for instant, intuitive charting

– Lots of autonomy : M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5 : 00pm.

– No call

– Medical, dental, 401k, etc

– 13 paid holidays
