A company is looking for a LEaPs Associate, starting in January 2026. Key Responsibilities Participate in a 16-week training program to develop professional skills and knowledge of the business Receive mentorship and feedback while owning initiatives to support peer development Engage in various training methods including shadowing, lectures, and hands-on practice to ensure comprehension and readiness for entry-level roles Required Qualifications Recent college graduate with less than 2 years of professional experience Interest in fields such as account management, e-commerce, analytics, supply chain, advertising, or digital content is preferred Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with peers Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of personal development Reside in specified states including CA, CO, FL, NY, and others
