Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include :
- Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Preparing reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Supporting procurement and change order management.
- Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, knowledge of construction processes, and experience in both commercial and residential projects.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :
Proven experience assisting with construction projects, ideally in both commercial and residential sectors.Strong organizational and time-management skills to keep multiple tasks and deadlines on track.Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Working knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and act quickly.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
