Lead Process Technician
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Process Technician to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating between inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction. As a Lead Process Technician, you'll play a vital role in managing daily warehouse operations, working closely with our technicians to ensure smooth operations. Your day involves monitoring inbound and / or outbound processes, from coordinating inbound receiving to overseeing order fulfillment, while maintaining service level agreements and quality standards. You'll act as a key problem-solver, addressing urgent requests, and ensuring proper labor distribution across different areas. The role requires constant communication with various stakeholders to track performance metrics, and implement adjustments to meet operational targets.
