The Master Item File (MIF) Administrator is part of a team of Business Analysts supporting operations across the country. The person in this role will work closely with the Business Analytics and Insights team to carry out the MIF duties including new item set up, compliance and data integrity.

Master Item File Management :

  • Review, verify, and approve new product setup requests in the system.
  • Be the main point of contact with suppliers regarding product master data proactively communicating with them to resolve data set-up issues.
  • Maintain the Master Item File to ensure compliance with standards and data consistency.
  • Support requesters in resolving product information updates and setup issues.

Project Support :

  • Contribute to operational process development projects and assignments.
  • Test and validate new operational processing programs for accuracy and functionality.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Provide ad-hoc support for daily business operations as needed.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in standard computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of IBMi systems is a plus.
  • The expected pay range for this role is $43,268 - $71,899. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
