Manage and track leads effectively within a CRM Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and lead qualification. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates. Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. Interest in lead generation or B2B sales, with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow in outbound strategies. Familiarity with the complete B2B sales funnel, including prospecting, nurturing, and conversion. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt. Experience in related roles Experience working in the U.S. market. Proficiency in Pipedream, Apollo, and Salesforce beyond day-to-day usage. Ability to build and scale automated lead generation systems. Experience managing high-volume outreach while maintaining a personalized approach.

We are looking for a proactive Growth Specialist to join our sales team and drive lead generation efforts.
