Apply advanced Excel skills, including functions beyond VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce systems effectively for accounting operations. Maintain a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence four days per week. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification or progress toward it is preferred. Bring experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or IoT industries with knowledge of ASC 606 and inventory accounting. Display strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all financial processes. Demonstrate the ability to research accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos. Collaborate with international teams and support accounting system integrations and consolidations.
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of Staff and Senior Accountants.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, audit requests, and reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidated general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of schedules and documentation.
- Review and ensure compliance with sales and use tax reporting requirements.
