The Flight Operations Assistant is responsible for :
- Produce and maintain files, folders, and / or binders for flight instructors and students
- Produce, order and distribute class materials to students and flight instructors
- Ensure flight training times are accurately logged
- Assist Quality / Assurance team with monitoring student binders and training records for accuracy and completion
- Assist class coordinator in scheduling of instructor, aircraft, and students
- Update schedule with any changes as needed
- Responsible for organizing the rigging of parachutes (180) days and maintaining the associated paperwork
- Print and distribute training materials and Flight Operations resources
- Ship student records to Germany
- Produce and maintain internal documents
- Produce and maintain aircraft checklists
- All other duties as assigned or required
