job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time. A minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical Must hold a current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy CPR certification required or must be obtained within first 30 days Master’s degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered Enjoy over 300 days of sunshine each year – Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love hiking, biking, and year-round adventure in the Sonoran Desert Experience a vibrant blend of culture and community – From world-class Mexican cuisine to rich Native American heritage, Tucson offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere Affordable cost of living with big-city amenities – Access great healthcare, education, and entertainment without the high price tag of larger metro areas
