SALARY RANGE

85,000 TO $105,000 annually (DOE)

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a dynamic Network Administrator for our Retail division

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure for Hustler Hollywood chain of stores.
  • Maintain all critical information systems and related components including hardware and software, both internally hosted on our own network as well as reliable internet access to externally hosted solutions, so that mission-critical tools and data access for users are not interrupted during store operating hours (9am- 2am).
  • Troubleshoot network, video, POS, and telephone systems working with the network team, site staff, and vendor support to isolate problems and restore systems promptly
  • Monitor global networking systems, manage trouble tickets, and communicate with internal clients, Service Desk, and other IT entities
  • Open and manage vendor service requests as needed while managing expectations of end-users
  • Provide excellent store-level support to field personnel for all store technology, including P.O.S. systems, back-office computer systems, phone and internet service, and security systems.
  • Support service contracts, network support and consulting services, hardware and related software maintenance and replacement as applicable. Schedule installations and technicians for repairs with vendors.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with technology provisions of applicable Company contracts and agreements (credit card-related PCI compliance, software license requirements etc.) as well as data security and integrity.
  • Coordinating and maintaining communications with multiple vendors
  • Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of network admin experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting surveillance camera systems
  • CCNA is a plus.
