Local insurance agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. Someone who is ready for a career helping people. The prospective team member should be a friendly, outgoing person who likes to talk and listen to customers needs and wants. Should be good on the computer and phone. This is low stress work environment where we like to have fun and accomplish goals together. The prospective employee will be expected to have or complete within the first 60 days the CA Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner, actively listening to their needs and wants.

Provide assistance via phone and computer, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Contribute to a low-stress work environment where teamwork and fun are encouraged.

Requirements

Have or complete the California Property and Casualty License within the first 60 days of employment.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Proficient in computer and phone usage.

A friendly and approachable demeanor.

Trustworthy

Spanish Speaking a plus.
