What You'll Do

As a Senior UX Designer specializing in Design Systems at Epic Games, you'll spearhead the strategy and execution of design systems that support our suite of products and services, including iconic games like Fortnite and groundbreaking platforms like Unreal Engine. Collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance user experiences across our digital landscape by ensuring that our design systems are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into the Epic Games portfolio.

In this role, you will

• Partner with product leadership to shape and refine the vision for our cross-platform design systems, aligning them with Epic's strategic objectives
• Lead the creation of design components, guidelines, and specifications, ensuring consistency and intuitive user experiences across all user interfaces
• Drive innovation within the design system to support product strategy and user engagement across various platforms
• Facilitate alignment and integration of the design system across various product teams, including desktop, web, mobile, console, and PC, promoting cross-team collaboration and efficiency
• Collaborate with design leadership to standardize design processes, advocating for the adoption of the design system and promoting a culture of high quality and consistency
