Stewart is a global real estate services company, providing title insurance, settlement, underwriting, and lender services through our family of companies.

Support the M&A team by assisting with research, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and related administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have 0 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, or consulting, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, industry, and company-specific research.
  • Prepare business summaries, transaction summaries, and financial models.
  • Draft and maintain valuation models and databases.
  • Coordinate and support due diligence and other transaction execution activities with internal teams and external parties.
  • Manage due diligence requests and documentation.
  • Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance reviews.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience

  • 0 to 3 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and other transaction processes preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
