Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology - Physician

Requirements :

• MD candidates
• Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program
• Cardiology fellowship completion required from an accredited ACGME program
• Additional fellowship completion in heart failure required from an accredited program.
• Board certified or board eligible for ABIM cardiology and advanced heart failure
• Active Texas license
• Seeking someone who can start immediately (allowing for 120 days for credentialing)
• Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist skilled in management of advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathies and mechanical circulatory support (MCS).
