Integration Project Manager

The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of healthcare interfaces, to include development, deployment, and cutover activities. Candidates should have strong project management skills with a proven ability to provide guidance from a functional and technical perspective. The project manager should be able to independently drive work forward, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and raise issues / risks as appropriate.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide written and verbal status updates to high-level program executives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO or PMI-ACP preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience.
  • Prior Healthcare and Project Management experience required.
  • Health IT EMR experience / exposure Preferably the Oracle Health / Cerner EHR
  • Based in the Washington, DC area and willing to travel onsite to Arlington, VA daily. Client site accessible via the Rosslyn DC Metro Stop.
  • Must be able to understand technical design documentations and data flow diagrams.
  • Must be an American Citizen
  • Other Job Specific Skills

  • Experience with health integration standards including HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and CCD
  • Functional knowledge of health care provider workflows (ADT, Revenue Cycle, HIM, Imaging, Pharmacy, Lab, Ambulatory, Ancillary)
  • Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization.
  • Experience interfacing with government customer to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements.
  • Ability to manage and lead others.
  • Excellent organizational and time / task management skills.
  • A polished, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of contingency planning, disaster recovery, or continuity of operations (COOP).
  • Must have experience working on government contracts.
  • Must be capable of working in an environment that is demanding, sometimes stressful and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and responsible actions with minimal direct oversight by senior management.
  • Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
