Synthetic Turf Field Installer

The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent / Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site
• Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings
• Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation
• Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives
• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue
• Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project
• Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
