Job Title : Program Manager Systemwide Identity & Access Management

Location : Oakland, CA (Hybrid_ Must reside in CA_ Bay Area preferred)

Duration : 6+ months contract

Position Overview : The Program Manager will lead a systemwide strategic analysis of identity and access management capabilities supporting authentication and identity verification across the client system. The individual in this role must be comfortable leading through ambiguity, building consensus, and engaging senior IT leaders from multiple client locations.

Must Have :

  • 10+ years of IT / Program Management experience.
  • Experience leading IAM (Identity & Access Management) assessments or implementations.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of IAM concepts : SSO, MFA, Federation, Lifecycle.
  • Proven experience collaborating with high-level IT leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills (10 / 10 rating).

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead systemwide IAM assessment initiatives, research, and documentation.
  • Create systemwide assessment reports and recommendations for :
  • Unified Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication program.
  • Identity verification solutions to reduce credential fraud and improve trust.
  • Coordinate interviews and communication with IAM teams, CISOs, CTOs, and senior IT leadership.
  • Analyze vendor solutions and industry best practices.
  • Develop governance models, gap assessments, and implementation plans.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience leading IAM assessments or implementations.
  • Strong expertise in IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, Federation, Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Experience building governance and implementation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with IAM vendors and industry solutions.
