Support cloud-based solutions and collaborate on Azure-related tasks. Document issues solutions and technical procedures accurately. Maintain install and configure computer systems and software as required. Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering superior customer service across multiple channels (phone email in-person).
- Experience assisting customers with a wide range of technological proficiency levels.
- Hands-on experience supporting computers using relevant programs / systems (Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products) and troubleshooting information systems.
- Experience working with Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
