Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to manage the complete software development life cycle and lead a team in delivering scalable high-quality applications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in .NET Core Azure Cloud Microservices and modern front-end frameworks with hands-on experience working in an onsite Agile / DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end software development life cycle (Agile / DevOps).
• Design develop test and deploy scalable applications and APIs Core and related technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Implement automation tools and CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Architect and build cloud-native solutions on Azure (Serverless and Containerized environments).
• Guide and mentor team members on coding standards best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Analyze complex software issues propose solutions and develop tools to prevent reoccurrence.
• Conduct system testing and ensure performance reliability and scalability.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure high-quality maintainable and testable code.
• Continuously improve development processes workflows and architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development technologies.

Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services (Public and Private) including containerization and serverless workloads.

Expertise in .NET Core 3.x .NET Framework 4.8 Web API 2.2 .

Proficient in database design using SQL Server MongoDB and MySQL with caching experience in Redis / Memcached .

Experience with Kafka Elasticsearch Docker Nginx / Apache and Linux environments.

Strong front-end development experience using Angular JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and jQuery.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Working knowledge of additional server-side languages such as Java Ruby or Python is a plus.

Basic understanding of UI / UX design and prototyping tools.

Proven leadership experience managing development teams.

Excellent problem-solving communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
