PT Night Call Center Rep

Job Summary Details : The Call Center Rep receives requests via intercom, cell phone and line lines for help, directions, complaints and other issues from customers who are parking in the ramps. Benefit Information :

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required and on the job training provided. Preferred Qualifications :
• One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred Responsibilities : Call center position that receives requests via intercom, cell phone and line lines for help, directions, complaints and other issues from customers who are parking in the ramps. Also, this job requires viewing security cameras on TV monitors and dispatch employees / security to follow up on potential issues in the parking ramps. The job requires extensive knowledge of the parking system and excellent communication and customer service skills. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
