Entry Level Service Technician

Join Our Team as an HVAC Entry Level Service Technician!

This role offers a dedicated 4-day work week, with 3-4 three-day weekends per month, limited on-call responsibility, and 24 / 7 team support.

This isn't just a job. It's a grind. Our Entry-Level Service Technicians are the backbone of our operation - the ones who roll up their sleeves and get the job done, no matter what it takes. As you develop your skills, you'll be out there diagnosing , fixing , and maintaining HVAC systems like a pro, ensuring customers stay comfortable no matter the weather.

All new technicians will complete a 6-10 week training program on a Monday-Friday schedule before being assigned to their permanent 4-day work week team.
