Responsibilities
Position Objective :
The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. This position involves data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting to assist senior management in achieving the company's financial objectives.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, including variance analysis to support business decision-makingContribute to the development and maintenance of financial models that project growth, expenses, cash flows, and capital utilization, ensuring accuracy and relevanceAid in the annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insights and data to enhance accuracyPrepare financial performance packages that summarize key metrics and trends for review by management and stakeholdersConduct thorough analyses of actuals versus forecasts, identifying key drivers of variance and supporting recommendations for improvementAssist in monitoring and maintaining expense policies and controls, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelinesSupport the evaluation of new investment requests by gathering data and performing ROI analyses as neededAdditional duties as assignedPosition Requirements / Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field preferred1+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a public company or Private Equity-backed organizationProficient with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaborationNetSuite, Hyperion Planning, or similar applications is a plusProficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI / reporting tools is beneficialStrong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insightsEffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and conciselyExcellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, environmentAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and deliveryAppreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populationsDemonstrated ability to handle data with confidentialityPhysical Requirements :
