Director of Hotel Technology

A company is looking for a Director of Hotel Technology to lead hospitality technology initiatives and oversee IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Regional IT Managers while overseeing IT operations across multiple properties

Lead complex IT projects, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS standards and enhancing cybersecurity measures

Design and develop IT systems, manage project budgets, and troubleshoot existing programs for improved performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in the hospitality industry

Experience with hotel technology systems such as Opera, OnQ, and Simphony preferred

Proven leadership experience managing multi-site IT teams and large-scale system implementations

Strong knowledge of PMS systems and hotel technology infrastructure
