Job Summary

The Risk Management Advisor, RN actively participates and facilitates performance improvement by ensuring follow up on Safety Reporting, completion of assigned apparent cause analyses and submits events directly to the Patient Safety Organization. The Risk Management Advisor is a member of the Root Cause Analysis Team and assists in claims management activities and audits as assigned.

This is a full time, temporary position with our Risk Management department. The ideal candidate will have risk management, apparent cause and root cause analysis, and experience with RL Datix would be a huge plus!

Pay Range

Minimum $90,563 Midpoint $120,016 Maximum $149,427

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required : Minimum three (3) years of pediatric inpatient experience with direct involvement with clinical performance improvement.
• Preferred : Five (5) or more years of clinical pediatric experience with leadership in clinical performance improvement and / or education, and / or clinical risk management. Experience with facilitating a root cause analysis.
