As Operations Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects for internal or external customers. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, enhance customer relationships, and ensure successful project execution by aligning goals, timelines, and performance metrics with business objectives

• Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation through completion.
• Build and guide cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors.
• Track resource capacity and manage time allocations.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditures and cost analysis.
• Report on project performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
• Communicate effectively across teams and leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and delivering results.
• This role is based in Memphis, TN, reporting to leadership in Albuquerque, NM, and collaborating with stakeholders across the U.S.
