- Run the job : direct Superintendents Engineers and crews
- Negotiate with owners and lock in profitable change orders
- Build schedules budgets and winning bids
- Hand-select subs suppliers and cutting-edge equipment
- Mentor the next generation of engineers and recruit top talent
- Deliver flawless quality and iron-clad client relationships
