This is a great opportunity to join LOGISTEED America, Inc., a customer-centric transportation provider offering innovative solutions in freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.

If you are interested in how international trade is facilitated, this is a good opportunity to learn from our industry experts. No background in freight forwarding or customs brokerage required. We are simply looking for a candidate who has a strong work ethic, the right aptitude and attitude to learn as training will be provided.

In 2023, the total addressable market in international trade was roughly $29.5 trillion. We help companies of all sizes bring their products to the U.S. market.

The successful candidate in this position will support our team of entry writers. Critical functions that enable the movement of international freight include transmitting ISF (Importer Security Filing) records, updating TrakIT records, vendor payment, etc.

Although this is an entry level position, we expect to train the right individual in handling all facets of the business, and eventually promote from within to manage our growing clientele.

    Requirements and Preferences

  • Fluency in English required
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Experience with CargoWise software preferred, but not required
  • Proven competencies in Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette
  • Detail oriented with ability to solve problems independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to understand safety requirements and regulations (OSHA)
  • Ability to pass all TSA background requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs

    Salary : non-exempt $18.50 - $20.00 (depending on experience)
