Job description

As a Proposal Coordinator you will :

Use your strengths of discipline and focus to lead the development of technical proposals
Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from federal, state, and local government agencies and plan the proposal development process
Lead kickoff meetings and take responsibility for all proposal deliverables, including illustrations, technical approaches, resumes, and project profiles
Interview technical staff and help develop technical narratives

Profile

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree

Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferably in the A / E / C industries (B2G experience preferred)

Familiarity with government procurement rules and process

Read and understand technical information, conduct interviews, and draft technical material; excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills required

Collaborative and able to excel in cross-functional work teams

Self-motivated and able to work independently. NOTE : candidates can work remotely or from one of BLNs offices nationwide

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred)
