Job Title : Controller
Location : East of Athens, GA (100% On-site)
Compensation : $100K–$115K base + bonus potential (Total Comp : $110K–$135K)

A growing manufacturing company just east of Athens, GA, is looking for a sharp, hands-on financial professional to join their team and grow into site leadership.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to advance, make an impact, and take ownership in a plant environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions : AP / AR, inventory control, journal entries
- Support and eventually lead the month-end close process
- Assist in developing and analyzing plant budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Prepare and review account reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, etc.)
- Produce daily profitability reports and help justify capital expenditures
- Coordinate audit activities and maintain GAAP compliance
- Work closely with plant leadership and supply chain on operational goals
