    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advanced Tax Strategy and Innovation to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic tax-related initiatives that enhance the value of advisory services. This role demands a professional with a deep understanding of tax-optimized investment philosophies, capable of translating them into practical applications. The VP will also be at the forefront of product and platform development, focusing on tax management capabilities, and will play a key role in advisor enablement, ensuring a world-class investment experience. Strategic leadership, thought leadership, and strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves being a spokesperson for advanced tax solutions both internally and externally.

    Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the managed account or wealth advisory industry, with a proven track record in developing advanced tax solutions. A background in a large-scale wealth management platform or RIA aggregator is required, along with familiarity with tax-aware portfolio construction tools and direct indexing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
