This position is responsible for leading shifts with other managers in an operational role while also overseeing community responsibilities. Descriptions of shift and community responsibilities are listed below.

Being our Community Manager requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated, and extremely coach-able individual. You must also be highly perceptive and flexible in your interactions with customers, with the ability to accurately read each situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. Youll also be responsible for leveraging community relationships for both catering and marketing.

Pay Type : Starting at up to $23.00 - 25.00 / hr
