About the Role NurseAmerica is seeking a motivated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join an innovative program delivering primary care directly within dialysis centers. As a founding NP, you will help shape this groundbreaking initiative for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESKD), providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a convenient clinical setting.

• Work across a portfolio of 3–8 dialysis centers in the Norfolk / Chesapeake area.
• Clinical autonomy to manage patient visits, averaging 10–12 patients per day .
• Schedule primarily 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM to align with dialysis appointments.
