As a Recruiter, you will be essential in matching client needs with top-quality candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Recruit Across Branches : Source, screen, and place candidates for positions at your assigned branch and other branches as needed.
- Utilize prior Direct Hire recruiting experience to identify and attract leadership or specialized talent.
- Manage Employee Onboarding : Process applications and ensure all new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is accurately completed.
- Optimize Recruitment Tracking : Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to generate reports, track candidates, update records, and streamline onboarding processes.
- Ensure Pre-Employment Compliance : Conduct all necessary pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications.
- Build a Strong Talent Pipeline : Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate Interviews : Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing interview coaching if necessary.
- Extend & Negotiate Offers : Present job offers and negotiate employment terms to ensure successful placements.
- Support Payroll Operations : Assist with payroll processing, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
- Take Initiative : Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and achieve recruitment goals.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency, in-house, or Direct Hire recruiting experience preferred) or customer service.Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, including conflict resolution and working with diverse populations.Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other sourcing tools.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to assess candidate qualifications critically and make informed hiring recommendations based on client requirements.Pay
$19.00–$20.00 per hour DOE + commissions + bonus opportunities

Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
