Description

Work Schedule :

100% FTE / full-time / day shift / Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital

Additional components of compensation may include :

Evening night and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in business or related area. Required

Masters Degree Industrial Relations or related area. Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 years human resource generalist experience. Required
  • 5 years employee relations experience. Preferred

    • 6 years human resource generalist experience. Preferred

    Licenses & Certifications

  • PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Preferred

    • Valid Drivers License. Required
