WHAT YOU WILL DO :

This Design position is responsible for increased sales of product and services through the development and presentation of space planning, design, systems and freestanding furniture specifications of increasing complexity, frequently for our clients within the healthcare environment. You will work closely with our client teams to interpret and needs and provide the highest level of design and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient use of AutoCAD, CAP, CET and 3D rendering software to provide appropriate design solutions. Proficient use of PowerPoint and / or Publisher to present solutions.
• Provide technical skills in the planning and design of various workplace environments.
• Select healthcare-appropriate furniture, finishes, and configurations with attention to safety, infection control, and the patient experience
• Interpret clinical and non-clinical workflows to develop efficient code compliance
• Conduct site verifications, field measurements, and walk-throughs to ensure functional layouts and installations
• Ensure professional design-related management of projects through completion
• Maintain current knowledge of developments and trends in the contract furniture industry with related products, applications, design concepts, work styles, ADA, ergonomics and uniform building codes
• Deliver results that exceed expectations by tailoring processes and deliverables for the best customer experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE

FLSA STATUS and COMPENSATION

This is a full-time exempt position. The salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 reflects the anticipated low and high end of the range. Additional factors considered in extending an offer may include experience, knowledge, and education.
