What We’re Looking For

Highly skilled in Order Management with exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry capabilities, and a proven ability to maintain high accuracy. Willing to work U.S. shifts.

Responsibilities

Analyze, review information received from sales, with the signed order form.

Enter the order in CRM within the timelines.

Spot in sufficient information in system and flag the same before entering an order.

Coordinate with sales team to provide accurate data is received.

Ensure Pricing is accurate.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Any other duties or responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Meet expectations for attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements :

Education or Experience

Commerce Graduate with 2-4 years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications

Good written and oral communication skills.

Prior experience in working on any CRM tool will be an added advantage.

Efficient time management and organizational skills.

Able to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis without supervision.

Ability to exercise good judgment and logic.

Demonstrates strong listening skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

A collaborative team player with the ability to learn quickly and perform effectively under pressure.

Able to type quickly and efficiently, and have basic familiarity with Windows and MS Office, specifically Excel.
