Job Summary

The Project Engineer will manage all phases of large-scale, complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, specifically electrical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Project Engineer provides technical guidance to team members and develops innovative solutions that align with business needs.

  • We're Looking For

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required, specializing in electrical applications
  • Hands-on electrical experience and knowledge of NEC code strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Auto CAD or design software preferred
  • Ability to lead small groups
  • What You'll Do

  • Lead and functionally head planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, by engineering disciplines of staff.
  • Prepares complex engineering designs and work specifications, and develops schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to complete the project.
