Applied Innovation is seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our Sales Department as a Salesforce Support Specialist. The Salesforce Support Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales Development.

This role will serve as backup system administrator of the Salesforce.com environment and will support, manage, audit, and maintain Salesforce database which includes but is not limited to :

  • Oversee updates, maintenance, auditing, and development of the Primary Pricebook and TCO database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Conducting Salesforce user trainings including new onboarding and ongoing orientations.
  • Execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
  • Respond to, troubleshoot and escalate SF.com user support tickets.
  • Handle basic administrative functions including, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Complete data clean-up of Salesforce daily. Maintain database integrity and accuracy – includes cleansing and duplicate management.
  • Assist with the implementation of new integrations or products that are managed out of Salesforce as assigned by SF.com Administrator.
  • Monitor customer account changes and sales rep territories. – Happening Daily
  • Maintain E-automate database as it relates to Salesforce.
  • Respond to co-worker questions and concerns surrounding the databases and resolving challenges.
