Job Description

VillageMD is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our home-based primary care team to support our vulnerable Medicare and Medicare advantage patients in Griffin, GA (travel will be required to other nearby cities including but not limited to Lithonia, McDonough, and Monticello).
