Treasury Analyst

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support our mission.

This role is based in New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Team

As a Treasury Analyst, you will work directly with the Director of Treasury to handle all things cash at Patreon. You will be responsible for handling daily treasury operations as well as improving business controls, investing strategies, and mitigating foreign exchange risk.

About the Role

Drive a cash forecast to determine investable cash and funding requirements.

Analyze cash balances and activity. Follow-up with key stakeholders.

Assist in the maintenance of the company's bank accounts.

Execute treasury operations and maintain controls.

Assist in the management of investments and foreign exchange risk.

Setup wire payments / foreign exchange transactions as needed.

About You

Strong interest in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

Self-starter who wants to continuously refine and improve processes.

Have a habit of digging into the details.

Excellent communicator with a love for clarity and simplicity.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.

The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the roles job family. The final offer will be based on candidates experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreons leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
