Job Summary

Job Requirements

• Must be fluent in speaking reading and writingboth English and Spanish
• Active Listening Skills able to give full attention to what clients are saying.
• Ability to multitask
• Good computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Outgoing and energetic attitude
• Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
• Pleasant phone voice
