Job Description

Summary

Work with the sales, rebuild, and systems teams to help coordinate demos, training, technical support (applications / process and service), sales while in the field, help with installations and product support for our product lines, new product development from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives, and to assist in the company as needed by performing the following duties. Installations and onsite support are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demo installations

  • Work with the sales team to prioritize the demo installation schedule and provide on-site work.

Customer training

  • Create our training programs and training manuals
  • Work with the sales team to schedule customer, rep, and distributor training.
  • Create video training films

  • Work with the sales team to develop and create video training films, which include writing the script and being the voice and / or actor in the video when necessary.
  • The goal will be to use the videos to train reps, distributors, and future sales hires on how to sell and / or support our products.
  • Sales while in the field

  • When in the field, you will work with the sales team to make additional sales calls in the surrounding area.
  • Confer with potential customers to ascertain equipment, rebuilds, spare parts, and service needs for all product lines.
  • Help with managing dealer networks and creates and manages alliances with manufacturers.
  • Technical phone support

  • Answer or coordinate taking the technical support calls for process, service, support, and training.
  • Process, repair, and installations

  • Assist with in-house and / or on-site customer process, repair, installation, rebuilds, and training as needed for both the Pump and Systems Product Lines.
  • Product BOMs, Manuals, P&ID, and Electrical Drawings

  • Assist as needed.
  • Sustaining product support

  • Aid in finding replacement parts, testing, and failure analysis reports.
  • New product development

  • Provide help with the design, build, install, and support for products to the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Help manage day-to-day progress of products in development.
  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
  • Participate in key sales situations for the new products.
  • Help to develop and maintains a prioritized list of customers and market requirements for the products.
  • Maintain communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information for product line.
  • Assist with preparing product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
  • Help identify partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line.
  • Support for chemical systems product line

  • Provide help with design, build, install, sales, and support for chemical systems to the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Education and / or Experience

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Citizenship Requirements

    Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
