Schedule : 40-hours per week guaranteed - M-F (8am-5pm) No call, no weekends.

Support Staff : Currently Independent practice CRNAs perform their own Pre-Op, Regional Blocks (encourage, but not required), etc. They are not directly supervised by MDAs, so must be comfortable with no supervision / being independent. A physician is typically available to assist for difficulties, but CRNAs should plan to be independent providers.

Department description : Trauma Level 3

Case Mix : It would be OB 25-50% and OR 50-75%. MUST be comfy with OB. There are an avg of 1,500 births annually at Nampa. The types of cases they do- Ortho, Gyn, ENT (only healthy peds), 1-2 level back fusions, laminectomies, Davinci Gyn and urology, Endo, cardioversions and peds dental.
