The HIEA’s partnership with SAS relies heavily on a SAS Program Manager and a team of SAS project managers who perform standard program and project managements functions, including coordination with a team of subcontracted J2 developers.

Therefore, in collaboration with SAS project managers, the primary purpose of HIEA project managers is to participate in the project management lifecycle as follows to help ensure projects move forward within the schedule, budget, scope, and resources allocated :
