Experience with distributed databases like Mongo, Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. Knowledge of fully managed infrastructure solutions, serverless components, Kubernetes, containers, and registries. Ability to navigate and operate complex distributed systems in production. Strong communication skills for architecture, implementation, and design discussions. Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with microservice architectures, asynchronous and synchronous processing. Comfort with rapid execution, learning from failures, and building scalable, reliable systems. Leadership experience on small to medium projects (3-6 months). Experience working with teams across multiple time zones. Innovative environment with a focus on simplifying cloud and AI for builders. What Youll Be Doing
- Develop software for our Platform as a Service (PaaS) teams, including Database as a Service (DBaaS), Insights, Serverless, or Kubernetes.
- Engineer solutions to meet our customers business problems.
- Create scalable, performant, and reliable services.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Operate our current solutions at scale.
- Maintain and operate our products.
