We are looking for a committed and experienced Supervisor to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory : order supplies track stock levels and reduce waste
• Support and mentor team members through ongoing training and coaching
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Participate in hands-on facility cleaning during your shift as needed
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager
• Perform quality control inspections including final walk-throughs and corrections
• Ensure the worksite reflects a clean organized and professional environment
• Foster a collaborative positive team culture through open communication
• Identify team members for additional responsibilities or promotion
• Monitor and manage labor hours to meet or exceed budget goals
• Streamline processes to maximize efficiency and results
• Ensure staff are equipped with all necessary supplies and tools ahead of time
• Communicate updates clearly to staff (e.g. changes in hours policies procedures)
• Take accountability for labor overages and client satisfaction
• Work closely with the Manager to achieve optimal results for clients and the company
