Mental Health Worker, Child and Adolescent Services, Beverly Hospital – Amesbury, MA (32hr, 3-11p)

This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Anna Jaques Hospital in Amesbury MA . What to expect.

Under the supervision of the nurse manager you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive collaborative environment.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm courteous and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.
• Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.
• Maintaining an organized safe and therapeutic treatment space.
• Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions .
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Accurately documenting patient care activities including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
