As a premier Historically Black University, The NCCU School of Education offers undergraduate, graduate, licensure, and professional programs to train students to become teachers, counselors, and administrators in PK-16 schools and related settings. The school offers traditional, classroom-based instruction as well as instruction via the Internet and teleconferencing. Faculty and staff bring diverse knowledge and experience, provide students with unique learning experiences, teach in small class settings for easier access to each other and their instructors, and employ the latest technology. The School of Education houses two academic departments : the Department of Curriculum & Instruction and the Department of Counseling & Higher Education.
The Program Coordinator will support the implementation of an integrated behavioral health training program for counseling students, under the supervision of the Project Director. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and day-to-day management of the project.
